At XO, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once they have been approved and processed by our pharmacy team. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability, clinical review, and your location.

1.1. Orders are processed after checkout and, where required, after clinical review and approval.
1.2. Prescription medicines are dispensed only after assessment by a qualified prescriber.
1.3. If further information is required, we may contact you by email or phone and your order may be delayed until we receive a response.
2. Delivery Area
2.1. We only deliver within the UK.
2.2. We are not responsible for onward transport arranged by you or any third party after delivery has been completed.
3. Delivery Information
3.1. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are shown during the order process.
3.2. Orders are generally sent using trusted delivery partners.
3.3. Tracking details may be sent by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
4.2. We are not liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. Signature and Safe Place Deliveries
5.1. You agree that deliveries may be made without a signature.
5.2. If you provide safe place instructions, you accept responsibility once the parcel has been delivered to that location.
6. Delivery Confirmation
6.1. Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
6.2. Courier confirmation, including tracking, GPS data, or photo evidence where available, may be treated as proof of delivery.
7. Delays, Loss or Damage
7.1. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
7.2. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the estimated or confirmed delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
8. Pre-Orders
8.1. Some medicines may be offered on a pre-order basis.
8.2. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order received and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day.
